Rose Chahla, MA, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor providing online therapy to adults and couples throughout California. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in mental health, career coaching, higher education leadership, and research, she is committed to providing culturally responsive care that recognizes the complex intersections of identity, family, relationships, and community.

        As a first-generation Lebanese American, Rose is passionate about reducing stigma surrounding mental health, increasing access to care, and fostering conversations that encourage help-seeking within Arab communities.

        Rose joined the Arab American Mental Health Association (AAMHA) to contribute to the growing visibility of culturally informed mental health care and support collaboration across clinical, educational, and community settings. She hopes to share her experience through mentorship, advocacy, and the development of resources that strengthen the well-being of Arab American individuals, families, and clinicians.
