Mahdee Rasul
LPC
I help facilitate generational health for adults by helping interrupt unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behaviors. I aim to equip clients to navigate their own courage to live how they would like and deserve by increasing emotional intelligence, developing trust through 1:1 therapeutic relationship, and staying aligned with client goals. My goal is for our clients to walk away with courage, experience a decrease in unwanted symptoms, an ability to identify feelings and have healthy responses to yield better life outcomes.
