Roua Eltayeib
MFT
I’m Roua Eltayeib, a Sudanese Muslim American Marriage & Family Therapist. I support Black and Muslim individuals and couples navigating identity, self-exploration, and relationships. I work with high-achieving Black Muslim women seeking clarity, alignment, and relief from burnout, as well as Muslim couples in the phase between their nikkah and walimah, helping them manage stress, communication challenges, and value differences. Services include individual therapy, couples therapy, and premarital support with guided assessments to uncover alignment, shared values, and relationship strengths. With cultural and religious humility, I help clients uncover root struggles, rewrite limiting narratives, and build grounded, lasting change.
