Heba Youssef

Psychotherapist, LGPC

My multicultural Arab and Asian roots inspired the founding of Calamansi Counseling, a liberatory healing space. Calamansi Counseling offers culturally integrative therapy & liberatory care in Maryland, Washington DC, and select countries internationally- centering the needs of adult children of immigrant parents, multicultural / BIPOC individuals and couples, those who are queer or questioning, and third culture kids.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples heal from trauma while they also navigate the unique challenges of holding multiple cultural identities. Many of the people I work with experience anxiety or depression in response to the political and global climate, the weight of cultural expectations, family wounds & conflict—alongside the everyday stress of balancing career, relationships, and a sense of self.
