Nadia Laher
Psychotherapist, LMSW
I offer a compassionate space where you can heal and grow on your own terms. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, career burnout, interpersonal challenges, or simply feeling stuck in life. I often work with adult children of immigrants and welcome clients of all backgrounds. We will work together to understand your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and build a fulfilling life rooted in your values.
As a daughter of Muslim immigrants from Yemen and apartheid South Africa, my practice is informed by lived experience with racial difference and a deep commitment to social justice. I combine relational therapy with evidence-based approaches, and practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens.
I work with clients in New York, New Jersey, and Maryland. My approach is collaborative, warm, and empathetic. I would be honored to support you.
