Nichole Abdallah
MFT
I’m a first-generation Palestinian-Latina trauma therapist supporting adult children of immigrants, Palestinians in the diaspora, and those navigating grief, identity, and belonging. My practice is grounded in a decolonial, anti-oppressive, and culturally affirming approach. I specialize in intergenerational trauma, diasporic grief, activism burnout, and reclaiming cultural identity. As a third-culture, mixed-race woman, I hold space for the complexity of navigating multiple worlds.
I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative, and somatic practices to support deep, embodied healing. I view therapy as a non-pathologizing space for witnessing, storytelling, and returning to ancestral wisdom. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, within ourselves, our communities, and our histories.
