Reem Ali
Psychotherapist
Hello, I’m Reem, a therapist offering a warm, culturally sensitive space for young people, and adults to feel seen, heard, and gently supported, wherever you are in life.
Whether you’re reaching out for your child, navigating adolescence, or seeking support in adulthood, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
I work in an integrative and relational way, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches to suit each client’s unique needs. With children and young people, this might include creative, play-based tools to help express what can’t always be put into words. With adults, our work may be more reflective and exploratory, always rooted in empathy, trust and collaboration.
My practice is also informed by a deep respect for cultural identity, lived experience and intersectionality. I strive to hold space that honours who you are, your story, your background and your values without judgement.
I have 10 years of experience supporting young people and families in the public sector and have an MSc in Counselling Children and Young People.
I support clients with anxiety, low self-esteem, identity, life transitions, relationship issues, emotional overwhelm, family dynamics, and more. I have a particular interest in supporting emotional wellbeing during moments of change or disconnection.
I offer 50 minute sessions online and in person across London and surrounding areas.
If this resonates with you, feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute call, I’d love to see if we might be a good fit.
